Get Involved

There are a variety of ways you can get involved with the CAPA:

If you are a parent suffering from parental alienation, you can:

  • Share your story as a way to feel heard and so that others reading it won’t feel so alone with their experience. (Parents are often afraid to share with friends and loved ones for fear of being blamed or judged even though PA is not their fault.)
  • Help create awareness by sharing this site to contacts or on social media, or by downloading our pamphlet to someone in need or to a facility or groups in your community. (Pamphlet coming soon!)
  • Help us advocate for legislative change by printing and submitting our petitions to the Parliament of Canada. See our petitions page for more information.
Note: We are in the midst of submitting an e-petition to parliament soon and would appreciate your support. Reach out to us to be added to our list of supporters, so we can send you the link once it’s posted on the Parliament website.
  • Tell us what you need. We are open to your feedback and ideas and want to help!

If you’re a business or organization, you can:

  • Partner with us by sharing a PA specific service, resource, or links that can help our visitors seeking support.
  • Network by sharing our information with your colleagues and partners.
  • Add our logo and/or website link to your site to show you support our cause (we can email you our logo).
  • If you’re an expert that specializes in PA, you can share a link, article, video, podcast, or other resource that may be of help to our visitors. Reach out to us for more information.
  • Help create awareness by sharing this site, or by downloading our pamphlet to someone in need or to a facility or groups in your community. (Pamphlet coming soon!)
  • Sign up to support our petition once it’s approved by Parliament, or print our template petition letters, and get signatures and mail it to Parliament. See our petition page for more information about this.
  • We are also open to your feedback and ideas for helping or otherwise.

Thanks for getting involved in this very important issue that impacts children and parents across the globe!

Unity. Strength. Support.
